Dissent Is the Highest Form of Patriotism

I read this little bit about Romanian striker Adrian “Bluetooth” Mutu getting ejected from a Gigliati game for what the article terms “an array of mindless dissent.”
I’ve heard of “dissent,” “excessive dissent,” “prolonged dissent” and “excessive and prolonged dissent.” These are probably defined somewhere because I’ve seen them cited as reasons for cautions in match reports. This begs the question, is “mindless dissent” defined anywhere? What exactly does this entail?
